Start by cutting the chicken breasts into smaller pieces.
Transfer everything to a medium bowl, season with the salt, the black pepper, the sweet paprika, the onion powder, the crushed garlic cloves and mix.
Add the egg, the wheat flour and mix to combine.
Transfer everything to a food processor and blend until smooth.
Next, take one tablespoon of this mixture and place it onto a piece of plastic wrap.
Spread it out and roll it up in the shape of a sausage.
Repeat this process with all the chicken.
Place these sausages in the freezer and let them chill for at least 1 hour.
After this time has passed, place these sausages into a large pot over medium heat with boiling water and let them cook for 10 minutes.
Remove them from the boiling water and take off the plastic wrap.
Next, in a large skillet over medium to low heat, add a drizzle of olive oil.
Add the sausages that we cooked and fry them until golden brown.
Let’s put together a delicious hot dog.
Add this sausage to a bun, also add mayonnaise, ketchup and mustard, all to taste.
Serve.
