For Breading
For Frying
Start by cutting the chicken legs. Make superficial slits on each of them.
Season them with one pinch of salt, one pinch of black pepper and one pinch of sweet paprika. Then spread these spices very well.
Flip the chicken legs and season the other side with the same spices.
Now, bread the chicken legs.
Coat them in the wheat flour and set aside.
Next, in a large skillet over medium-low heat, add the butter, one drizzle of olive oil and stir until the butter has fully melted.
When that happens, add the seasoned chicken legs we made and fry them until golden brown.
Next, flip them, add the water, cover the skillet and let them fry for 5 minutes.
After this indicated time, add the crushed garlic cloves, the butter, the lime juice, the soy sauce and one generous drizzle of honey.
Stir all the ingredients well until incorporated, flip the chicken legs, cover the skillet and let them fry for another 5 minutes.
After this indicated time, finish by sprinkling parsley to taste and drizzle the chicken legs with the sauce.
Serve.
