Into a saucepan, add the condensed milk and the wheat flour, mix well until combined.
Add the milk and bring to a medium-low heat, stirring until a consistent cream is formed.
Transfer the cream to a bowl and let it cool down.
Once you’ve done that, add the consistent whipped cream with stiff peaks and mix until combined.
Into a glass dish, add some of the cream, covering its whole bottom. Then make a layer of cornstarch biscuits.
Cut some strawberries in half and arrange them around the glass dish, add 100g of diced strawberries and add half of the cream, spreading very well.
Make another layer of biscuits and add another 100g of diced strawberries.
Add the remaining cream and evenly spread all over it.
Top it with sprinkled milk powder and garnish to taste with strawberries.
Take it to the fridge and let it chill for about 3 hours.
