Start by transferring 5 canned peaches to a bowl and set them aside.
Next, transfer the peaches that remained in the can to a blender.
Add the condensed milk, the heavy cream and blend everything together very well.
Now, add the colorless gelatin previously hydrated, the juice of one lime, blend again and set aside.
Next, cut the peaches we set aside into cubes and add 1 tablespoon of these peach cubes into dessert bowls.
Pour in some of the creamy mixture we made earlier.
Take these bowls to the fridge and let them chill for at least 2 hours.
Once this time has passed, top each pudding with another tablespoon of peach cubes.
Serve.
