Start by cutting the bread roll into 6 slices.
Remove the soft inner part from each slice of bread and set aside.
Next, cut the slices of ham into cubes.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add the unsalted butter and stir until fully melted.
Add the slices of bread we prepared earlier and fill each of them with 1 egg and the ham cubes, divided into equal portions.
Then, add the shredded mozzarella cheese, also equally divided.
Top each slice of bread with half a slice of cheddar cheese then add the soft inner part of the bread we removed earlier, covering the whole filling.
Now, flip all the slices of bread and let them fry on the other side for another 5 minutes.
Serve.
