Remove all the skin from the sausages and mix them all together by hand. Add the onion, the olive oil and mix it all together. In a pan, fry it all over medium heat until golden. While frying, always stir well to prevent the mixture from sticking together. Pour it into a bowl and add the Parmesan cheese and the creamy cheese spread, mix well.
Cut the center of the bread into a circle and press down on the inner soft part of the bread to make room for the filling.
Stuff the breads with the sausage mixture, filling it all the way to the top, add grated mozzarella cheese and oregano to taste.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 15 to 25 minutes.
