Start by deboning the chicken thighs.
Next, cover all of them with plastic wrap and pound them well with a meat mallet.
Season them with the salt, the black pepper, the sweet paprika and the crushed garlic, spread these spices very well and set aside.
Now cut the block of cheese into small cubes and transfer them to a bowl, add the plain yogurt and mix well.
Place 1 tablespoon of this mixture over one of the chicken thighs we seasoned, roll the chicken thigh over this filling and secure it with toothpicks.
Repeat this process with all the chicken thighs.
Transfer all these chicken thighs to an oven grill or a large baking sheet lined with nonstick baking paper.
Take to a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) and bake for 40 minutes.
Serve.
