
Steak
Start by placing the potato chips into a large skillet over medium heat with boiling water and stir everything very well.
Add the salt, the black pepper, the sweet paprika, the chili flakes, the garlic powder, the onion powder and keep stirring everything very well for another 5 minutes.
Then remove all the potatoes from the water using a strainer.
Next, transfer everything to another large skillet over medium to low heat.
Add the heavy cream, stir to incorporate and let it cook for another 10 minutes.
Then season the beef steak, add the salt, the black pepper, the garlic powder, the onion powder and the chimichurri.
Spread the seasoning well with your hands, flip the steak and repeat the seasoning on the other side.
In a large skillet over medium heat add a drizzle of oil and let it heat up.
Add the beef steak we prepared and fry it until golden brown.
Serve the beef steak with the mashed potatoes we prepared.
