Apple Stuffed Puff Pastry

Start by cutting the apple into round slices, not too thin or too thick.Next, remove the core using a small cookie cutter.Now, cut the puff pastry into 4 large circles using a larger cookie cutter.Then use a pair of scissors to cut out these circles and remove the excess pastry.Place the apple slices and use your fingertip to make a small hole in the center of each apple.Sprinkle sugar and ground cinnamon over each apple slice.Then wrap the pastry around the apple by folding it towards the center and press it firmly in the middle.Do this with all the apple slices.Transfer them to a baking sheet, sprinkle sugar and ground cinnamon to taste over everything.Take the baking sheet to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 15 minutes.Serve.

  • 1 Apple
  • 300g of Puff Pastry
  • Sugar to Taste
  • Ground Cinnamon to Taste
