Instant Noodle Shell Filled with Vegetables

In a small sieve, add 50g of cooked instant noodles and shape it to fit the sieve.In a large pot over medium to low heat, add the vegetable oil and let it heat up.When this oil is hot, add the sieve with the noodles and fry until the noodles come off the sieve. Once that happens, remove the noodles from the sieve and fry until fully golden.Remove from the hot oil and drain the excess fat on a plate lined with paper towels.Repeat this process with the remaining noodles.In a medium bowl, add the onion, the tomato and the cucumber all chopped into small cubes.Season with the salt, the black pepper, the hot sauce and mix everything very well to combine.Next, fill the noodle shells with the mixture we prepared.Add mayonnaise to taste and hot sauce to taste.Serve.

Ingredientes

  • 100g of Cooked Instant Noodles
  • 1L of Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Tomato
  • ½ Japanese Cucumber
  • 1 Teaspoon of Salt
  • 1 Pinch of Black Pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon of Hot Sauce
  • Mayonnaise to Taste
  • Hot Sauce to Taste

Modo de Fazer

In a small sieve, add 50g of cooked instant noodles and shape it to fit the sieve.

In a large pot over medium to low heat, add the vegetable oil and let it heat up. 

When this oil is hot, add the sieve with the noodles and fry until the noodles come off the sieve.           

Once that happens, remove the noodles from the sieve and fry until fully golden.

Remove from the hot oil and drain the excess fat on a plate lined with paper towels.

Repeat this process with the remaining noodles.
