Peanut Dulce de Leche Candy

In a food processor, thoroughly crush the unsalted roasted peanuts.After that, remove the peanuts and also in the food processor, crush the digestive biscuits very well.In a bowl, add the semisweet chocolate and microwave at full power in 30-second intervals until melted.In a larger bowl, add the crushed peanuts, the crushed biscuits, add the cocoa powder by passing it through a sieve, add the unsalted butter and mix until combined.Add the melted chocolate and mix very well again, use your hands if necessary.Place 1/3 of this mixture over a piece of plastic wrap and using a spoon, make it flat.Fill the mixture with 100g of dulce the leche and roll it over the filling, shaping it into a roll. Use the plastic wrap to help you in this process.Repeat this process twice more.Once you’ve done that, take to the freezer and let these rolls freeze for at least 1 hour.After this indicated time, unwrap the dessert.Top these rolls with melted semi sweet chocolate to taste.Finally, cut the candies to the size of your choice.Serve.

Add the melted chocolate and mix very well again, use your hands if necessary.
