Meat Pie in a Different Way

Start by cutting a baguette bread into 11 slices, make sure each slice is 1 ½ fingers thick, set aside.Into a round baking pan, add the butter and spread well, set aside.Into a bowl, add the milk and dip the bread slices in it. Now transfer these slices to the baking pan and set aside.Dice the onion and set aside.Into another bowl, add the meat. Season it with salt and black pepper, add the diced onion and mix very well.Get a tablespoon filled with meat, flatten it and place it on top of each bread slice, repeat this process until you've done it to all slices. Set aside.Into a bowl, add the eggs and the salt, whisk very well. Add the milk and whisk again, pour this mixture into the baking pan.Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 30 to 40 minutes.Baking time may vary depending on the power of your oven.Take it out of the oven and spread the mozzarella cheese all over it.Take it back to the oven and leave it there for 15 to 20 minutes.Serve.

  • 1 Teaspoon of Salt
  • 1 Generous Pinch of Black Pepper

Egg Mixture

  • 4 Eggs
  • ½ Teaspoon of Salt
  • 100ml of Milk
  • 100g of Mozzarella Cheese
