Into a saucepan, add the condensed milk and the cornstarch, mix until combined, add the table cream, the milk powder, mix it all very well. Add the milk, mix, then turn the heat on medium, mix nonstop until it thickens.
To assemble it, into a glass dish, add the first layer of custard, spread, then make the first layer of cornstarch biscuits, and make a layer of chopped strawberries, then add another layer of custard and repeat this sequence until you’ve used up all the custard.
Leave in the fridge for 3 to 4 hours.
Top it with sprinkled milk powder.
