Start by adding one generous drizzle of olive oil over the chicken drumsticks with the meat peeled off and the bone exposed.
Add the soy sauce, the chicken seasoning and spread.
Coat the chicken drumsticks in the corn starch, dip them in the eggs beaten with salt and black pepper and finally, coat them in the Panko breadcrumbs.
Next, in a large saucepan over medium heat, add the vegetable oil.
Once this oil is hot enough, add the chicken drumsticks we prepared and let them fry until golden brown.
Serve.
