
Start by coating the bread slices in the egg yolks and dip all of them in the egg yolks.
In a medium baking dish, add the tomato passata and spread it over the bottom.
Add half of the bread slices and set aside.
Then grate the cooked ham and the mozzarella using the coarse side of the grater.
Then, grate the Parmesan cheese using the fine side of the grater.
Finally, slice the tomato into thin rounds.
To assemble the recipe, in the baking dish with the bread slices, add 100g of cream cheese and spread it evenly.
Add half of the ham and half of the cheese we grated.
Then add the remaining bread slices, cover with another 100g of cream cheese and spread it.
Add the other half of the ham, the other half of the mozzarella cheese and the grated Parmesan cheese.
Then add oregano to taste and finish with the tomato slices.
Take to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 20 minutes.
Serve.
