Into a pan filled with boiling water, add the hot dog sausages and let them cook for 5 minutes.
After this time has passed, remove the hot dogs from the hot water and set aside.
In a small bowl, add the eggs, salt to taste, a pinch of black pepper and whisk until the eggs dissolve.
Add the milk and whisk again until combined.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add the unsalted butter and mix until melted.
Add half of the egg mixture we prepared and top it with 1 wheat tortilla.
Cover the skillet and let everything fry for 3 minutes.
After this time has passed, turn the omelet over.
Add 50g of grated mozzarella cheese, cover the skillet again and let it all fry until the cheese melts.
Then, add the 2 hot dogs we cooked earlier and roll it up.
Repeat this process with the rest of the eggs and hot dogs.
