Start by chopping the cabbage into thin strips and set aside.
In a bowl, add the eggs and beat them well.
Add the milk, the salt, the black pepper, the oregano, the baking powder, the wheat flour and the olive oil, mix all the ingredients together very well until combined.
Now, in a bowl, add all the chopped cabbage, the grated carrots, the onion chopped into small cubes, parsley to taste, the beaten eggs and mix all the ingredients very well until combined.
Transfer all this mixture to a baking sheet lined with nonstick baking paper and spread well.
Take to a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) and bake for 35 minutes.
After this indicated time, sprinkle the grated mozzarella cheese all over it, take it back to the preheated oven and bake for another 15 minutes.
Serve.
