Start by pouring the hot water over the salmon fillet and remove the skin.
Next, transfer it to a cutting board and cut it into 3 thick strips.
Season with the salt, the black pepper, turn everything over and repeat the same seasoning on the other side.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add a drizzle of olive oil.
Add the seasoned salmon and fry until both sides are golden brown.
Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Next, finely chop the bunch of parsley into very small pieces.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add the unsalted butter and grate the cloves of garlic on top.
Then stir everything very well until the butter is completely melted.
Add the chopped parsley, the juice of one lime and sauté for another minute.
Finally, add the fried salmon and drizzle it with the mixture from the skillet.
Serve.

I made this recipe with vegetables on the side and sweet potatoes. It was so good. My family loved it. My granddaughter doesn’t like fish, but she ate this and it was surprise.
