
Start by mashing the hot dog bun and wrap this bun in 3 slices of bacon.
Add a drizzle of mustard, a drizzle of ketchup, a smoked hot dog sausage sliced into rounds and 30 grams of grated Parmesan cheese.
Repeat this process with 2 more buns.
Place everything on a large baking tray, take it to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 15 minutes.
Now grate the potatoes, transfer them to a sieve and rinse everything thoroughly with cold water.
Drain the water thoroughly and pat the potatoes dry with the help of paper towels.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat add the vegetable oil and let it heat up.
Add the potatoes we prepared and fry them until golden brown.
Remove them from the hot oil and drain the excess grease on a plate lined with paper towels.
After the buns have baked, add the fries and finish with mayonnaise, mustard and ketchup to taste.
Serve.
