Cream
Start by preparing the kiwis – first, put them in a large bowl.
Add the baking soda and rub it well on them.
Next, add enough water to cover them all and rub them again.
Remove the kiwis from the bowl, dry them very well and stick them on a barbecue stick.
Transfer to the plastic bottle with the top cut off and set aside.
In a small bowl, add the unflavored gelatin, the water and mix.
Microwave it at full power for 30 seconds, mix and set aside.
In a medium bowl, add the condensed milk, the milk and mix until combined.
Add the gelatin mixture we prepared earlier and mix until incorporated.
Next, pour all this cream into the bottle with the kiwis.
Take it to the fridge and let it chill for at least 3 hours.
After this time has passed, remove the stick, unmold the dessert and cut it into slices.
Serve.
