Beef Strips with Creamy Potato Sauce

Start by peeling the potatoes and chopping them into smaller pieces.Transfer all these pieces of potato to a large saucepan, add enough water to cover all of them, bring them to a boil and let them cook for 15 minutes.Meanwhile, chop the beef steaks into thin strips.Transfer all these beef strips to a large bowl, add the crushed garlic cloves, the sweet paprika, the chimichurri, the salt, mix until incorporated and set aside.Now, in a blender, add the mayonnaise, the Brazilian cream cheese, the milk and the cooked potatoes, previously drained, blend well until combined.In a skillet, add one drizzle of olive oil, add the onion chopped into small cubes and stir until browned.Add all the beef strips, fry well until browned.Pour in the creamy potato sauce, stir well until incorporated and finish with parsley to taste.Serve.

  • 4 Medium Potatoes 
  • 1Kg of Beef Steaks

  • 4 Tablespoons of Mayonnaise 
  • 1 Cup of Brazilian Cream Cheese (200g) 
  • 400ml of Milk 
  • 1 Medium Onion 
  • Parsley to Taste

Transfer all these pieces of potato to a large saucepan, add enough water to cover all of them, bring them to a boil and let them cook for 15 minutes.

Transfer all these beef strips to a large bowl, add the crushed garlic cloves, the sweet paprika, the chimichurri, the salt, mix until incorporated and set aside.
