In a blender, start by adding the packs of table cream, the condensed milk, the milk powder, 4 ground peanut candy bars, turn on the blender and blend all the ingredients for 5 minutes.
Turn off the blender and add the unflavored gelatin powder previously hydrated according to the instructions on the package.
Let it all blend for another minute.
After this indicated time, transfer the whole mixture to a 1.6-liter glass dish.
Take it to the fridge and let it chill for at least 3 hours.
After this indicated time, remove from the fridge and sprinkle 4 crushed ground peanut candy bars all over the dessert.
Serve.
