Filling
In a blender, put the eggs, the sugar, the salt, the whole milk and the oil, blend until combined. Add the wheat flour and blend it all together very well again. Add the baking powder and blend until the baking powder incorporates.
Grease a sandwich maker with butter, add some of the mixture into the sandwich maker and spread evenly, close and toast for 3 to 4 minutes. Flip the toast and add any filling you like. We used tomato sauce, then we added ham, mozzarella and oregano. Once you've added the filling, close the sandwich by folding one of the halves over the filling, and close the sandwich maker again, toast for another 1 to 2 minutes.
Repeat this process with all the mixture.
Serve.
