Fish Salad

Start by cutting the pre-cooked fish filets into cubes.Also cut the pickled cucumbers into small cubes.Also cut the boiled eggs and the boiled potatoes into small cubes.Peel the apple, remove the seeds and the core and chop it into cubes.Once you’ve done that, in a bowl, add the fish, the pickled cucumbers, the eggs, the potatoes and the apple, add the canned peas and chives to taste, mix all the ingredients very well.Now, season all the ingredients with the mayonnaise, the yogurt, the salt, the black pepper and mix all the ingredients again.Transfer all the ingredients to a nice serving dish and garnish with chives, to taste.Serve.

Ingredientes

  • 500g of Pre-cooked Fish Fillet 
  • 150g of Pickled Cucumber 
  • 3 Boiled Eggs 
  • 3 Boiled Potatoes 
  • 1 Apple 
  • Canned Peas (200g) 
  • Chives to Taste 
  • 3 Tablespoons of Mayonnaise 
  • 1 Tablespoon of Yogurt 
  • ½ Teaspoon of Salt 
  • 1 Generous Pinch of Black Pepper

Modo de Fazer
