Chicken Drumsticks
In a bowl, add the warm water, the egg and the salt, mix very well until combined.
Add the wheat flour and mix well, when you can no longer mix with the spoon, knead by hand until a smooth dough is formed.
Cover the dough with a tablecloth and set aside to let the dough rest.
Meanwhile, transfer the chicken drumsticks to a bowl, add the salt, the black pepper and the garlic powder, mix well until the spices incorporate into the chicken and set aside.
Now, sprinkle some flour on a table and place the dough over the flour, stretch it out making sure it’s not too thick nor too thin.
Brush the melted unsalted butter all over the dough, spreading well.
Roll up the dough into a log and split it into 6 equal parts.
Shape each dough piece into a ball and stretch out each dough ball into a circular shape.
Fill each dough with thin round onion slices, 1 seasoned chicken drumstick, and close well by wrapping the chicken with the dough.
Repeat this process with all the chicken and all the dough.
Now, transfer all the chicken drumsticks to a baking sheet greased with margarine.
Brush the chicken drumsticks with egg yolk and garnish with sesame seeds to taste.
Take to a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) and bake for 50 minutes.
Serve.
