Different Rice with Hotdog Sausages and Cheese

Start by cutting the hotdog sausages into round slices and set aside.Cut the cheese into cubes.Once you’ve done that, in a saucepan, add one drizzle of olive oil and add the chopped hotdog sausages, stir-fry until golden brown, remove them from the pan and set aside.In the same saucepan, add another drizzle of oil or olive oil, add the rice, the salt and the paprika, stir well and add the water, cover the saucepan and let it all cook until thewater has fully evaporated.Meanwhile, in a skillet, add one drizzle of olive oil, add the red onion chopped into small cubes, the minced garlic cloves, the green and bell peppers chopped into small cubes, the tomato chopped into small cubes, the salt and the sweet paprika,stir-fry all the ingredients for 2 minutes.After this indicated time and once the rice water has fully evaporated, transfer all these stirred vegetables to the saucepan with the rice.Also add all the hotdog sausages, parsley to taste, and mix all the ingredients very well.After that, add the mozzarella cubes over the rice.Cover the saucepan and let it all cook for another 5 minutes over low heat.Serve.

Ingredientes

  • 3 Hotdog Sausages 
  • 100g of Mozzarella Cheese (In Block) 
  • 400g of White Rice
  • 1 Teaspoon of Salt 
  • 1 Teaspoon of Sweet Paprika 
  • 500ml of Water 
  • Parsley to Taste 

Stir-Fry

  • 1 Red Onion 
  • 3 Minced Garlic Cloves
  • ½ Green Bell Pepper 
  • ½ Red Bell Pepper 
  • 1 Tomato 
  • 1 Teaspoon of Salt 
  • 1 Teaspoon of Sweet Paprika
