Meat
Start by cutting off the bottom of the cabbage and remove most of its core.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add the butter and stir until completely melted.
Add the cabbage we prepared earlier, drizzle it well with the butter and set aside.
In a large bowl, add the ground beef, the salt, a generous pinch of black pepper, the melted butter, the eggs and mix everything very well until combined.
Fill the hollowed-out cabbage with some of this ground beef, leaving a hole in the center.
Fill this hole with the piece of mozzarella cheese, keep adding more ground beef, then cover the whole cabbage with the meat.
Next, cover everything with the sliced bacon.
Cover everything with aluminum foil and take to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 2 hours.
Serve.
