Baked Stuffed Chicken Breast

Start by butterflying the chicken breasts, making sure you don’t cut them all the way through, just like shown in the video.Next, cut the tomato into round slices and the mozzarella cheese into thin strips.Now, season the chicken breasts with the salt, the black pepper, the sweet paprika and the oregano, rub the spices very well.Next, top the chicken breasts with the mozzarella strips and the tomato slices, Fold the chicken breasts over this filling and make superficial slits all over them.In a small baking dish, add one drizzle of oil or olive oil and spread, place the chicken breasts we prepared, season them with one pinch of salt and one pinch of sweet paprika, add one drizzle of olive oil and spread it with a brush.Take to a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) and bake for 50 minutes.Serve.

Chicken breast with string and cheddar cheese with red onion and tomatoes will be a great addition to my other variety of chicken breast recipes. A recipe all my picky grandkids will eat! A win - win as I am sure it will be tasty with the sauce on iJ
