Start by cutting the ham into thin strips.
In a skillet, add the unsalted butter and stir until fully melted.
Once you’ve done that, add the eggs, season them with one pinch of salt, cover the skillet and let them fry for 2 minutes.
After this indicated time, flip the eggs, add the ham strips, the slice of mozzarella cheese and the tomato sauce, spreading it well.
Sprinkle oregano to taste.
