In a bowl, start by adding the hot water and the salt, mix well until the salt has fully dissolved.
Add the wheat flour and keep mixing until a smooth dough is formed.
Transfer this dough to a table, sprinkle some wheat flour all over it and knead just like shown in the video.
Place the dough back into the bowl, cover with a tablecloth and let the dough rest for 15 minutes.
After this indicated time, flour the table, place the dough on it, and stretch it until not too thin nor too thick.
Next, using 2 round dough cutters of different sizes, cut the dough just like shown in the video, forming rings.
Remove the excess dough.
In a large skillet over medium-low heat, add enough vegetable oil to cover the bottom and heat it up.
Once this oil is hot enough, add the dough rings and let them fry until golden brown.
Remove the rings from the oil and soak up the excess fat on a plate lined with paper towels.
Serve.
