Start by chopping the cabbage into strips and set aside.
Chop the onion into dices and cut the sausage into round slices, set aside.
Next, into a bowl, add the eggs and the salt. Mix very well until combined.
Transfer the cabbage to a bowl and cover it with the eggs, mix very well with your hands. Set aside.
Into a skillet, add a drizzle of olive oil or oil, transfer all the cabbage slices to the skillet and evenly spread them out, leaving it as flat as possible.
Cover the skillet and let it all cook on very low heat for 4 to 6 minutes.
After this indicated time, flip the crust and cook the other side. Meanwhile, spread the tomato sauce all over it, add the diced onion and the sausage chopped into round slices.
Grate the mozzarella cheese and spread all over it. If you want, add oregano to taste as well.
Cover the skillet again and let it all cook for 2 minutes on very low heat, until the cheese is melted.
Serve.
