In a bowl, add the eggs and beat them well.
Add the wheat flour and the condensed milk, mix well.
Add the baking powder and mix until incorporated.
Once you’ve done that, in a skillet, add the unsalted butter and spread well until melted.
Now, add some of the batter we made, spread it all over the skillet and fry on both sides until golden brown.
Repeat this process until you’ve used up all the batter and set aside.
In another bowl, add the very cold heavy cream and using an electric mixer, beat very well until stiff peaks form.
Now, on a plate, put one of the pancakes we made and top it with the whipped cream, add another pancake and top it with the whipped cream again. Repeat this process until you’ve used up all the pancakes and top it all with the remaining whipped cream.
Finally, garnish with mini chocolate balls to taste.
Serve.
