Different Cooked Eggs

Start by placing a bunch of parsley into a can in a large skillet over medium heat with boiling water, then add the eggs and let everything cook for 15 minutes.After this time has passed, remove from the can and set aside.In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add a drizzle of olive oil, the onion chopped into small cubes, the crushed garlic cloves and sauté until lightly golden brown.Add the tomatoes cut in half and the water.Cover the skillet and let everything cook for 10 minutes.After this time has passed, break down the tomatoes completely.Season with the salt, the black pepper, the sweet paprika, the chimichurri and stir to combine.Add the heavy cream and stir until well combined.Next, take the cooked eggs we set aside, place them on a cutting board and slice them into thick rounds then place all these egg rounds into the skillet with the sauce.Cover the skillet and let everything cook for an additional 10 minutes.Serve.

  • 250ml of Water
  • 2 Teaspoons of Salt
  • 1 Pinch of Black Pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon of Sweet Paprika
  • 1 Teaspoon of Chimichurri
  • 200ml of Heavy Cream
