Egg-Stuffed Meatloaf

Start by adding the eggs to the ground beef.Add the grated onion, parsley to taste, the crushed garlic cloves, the salt, the black pepper, the sweet paprika and mix everything very well until combined.In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add a drizzle of olive oil.Add the mushrooms cut into smaller pieces, the spinach leaves, the salt, the black pepper and sauté for 5 minutes.In a small bowl, add the tomato pulp, the mustard, the honey, the soy sauce and mix until combined.Then transfer all the seasoned meat onto a piece of parchment paper and spread it out into a rectangular shape.Add the shredded mozzarella cheese, the sautéed mixture we prepared earlier, the hard-boiled eggs and roll everything into a cylindrical shape.Transfer it to a large baking tray and brush it with the sauce we prepared.Cover the meat with aluminum foil.Place it in a preheated oven at 200° C (400° F) and bake for 35 minutes.After this time has passed, remove the aluminum foil and brush the meat with the sauce once more.Return it to the oven and bake until golden brown.Serve.

  • 4 Eggs
  • 1.5 kg of Ground Beef

  • 150g of Mushrooms
  • 40g of Spinach Leaves

Sauce

  • 3 Tablespoons of Tomato Pulp
  • 1 Tablespoon of Mustard
  • 1 Tablespoon of Honey
  • 1 Tablespoon of Soy Sauce

Stuffing 

  • 100g of Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 5 Hard-Boiled Eggs
