Into a bowl, start by adding the condensed milk and the cocoa powder, mix very well until combined.
Add the pre-melted butter, mix again until combined.
Crush the cornstarch biscuits and transfer half of these biscuits to a bowl. Pour the chocolate cream we’ve prepared and mix it all very well.
Add the rest of the crushed biscuits and mix very well again, until it a dough is formed.
Get some of this dough and shape it into a little ball by hand, then slightly flatten this ball, rounding off the sides.
Repeat this process until you’ve used up all dough.
Then crush the unsalted roasted peanuts and coat the chocolate balls in it.
If you want, you can add honey to the chocolate truffles so that the peanuts stick to it more easily, but that’s totally optional and to taste.
