Deep Fried Cauliflower

Start by chopping the cauliflower and remove the stalk.Into a bowl, add the water, the vinegar and the cauliflower florets, mix to wash them well. After that, drain the water.Into a saucepan, add water, the garlic cloves, the bay leaves, the salt and the florets we’ve chopped, cover the pan and let them boil for 5 minutes.After this indicated time, remove from the water and transfer them to a bowl, season with salt and olive oil, mix very well and set aside.Now into a small container, add the wheat flour, the black pepper, the sweet paprika, the oregano and the salt, mix well and set aside.Next, into another container, add the eggs, the milk, the salt and the black pepper, mix well.Now bread the cauliflower – coat it in the seasoned wheat flour, then dip it in the eggs and finally, coat it in some breadcrumbs.Repeat this process with all the cauliflower florets.Once you’ve done that, pour enough oil in a skillet and fry them once the oil is hot enough.Let them drain on paper towels.Serve.

  • 1 Cauliflower

  • 2 Tablespoons of White Vinegar

Seasoned Flour

  • 1 Cup of Wheat Flour
  • ½ Teaspoon of Black Pepper
  • ½ Teaspoon of Sweet Paprika
  • ½ Teaspoon of Oregano
  • ½ Teaspoon of Salt

Eggs

  • 2 Eggs
  • ½ Teaspoon of Salt
  • 2 Tablespoons of Milk
  • 1 Generous Pinch of Black Pepper
