
Start by pouring the water into a large skillet with the ground beef divided into the bags each containing one tablespoon of butter and close the bags.
Turn on the heat to medium-low and cook until the butter has completely melted.
Then remove from the heat and transfer to the Ziplock bags.
Next, in each of them, add 1 grated medium potato, 1 egg, parsley to taste and 50g of grated mozzarella cheese.
Season with a pinch of salt and a pinch of black pepper.
Now, in one of the bags, add the grated carrot, in another bag, add the grated zucchini, in the third bag, add the red bell pepper cut into small cubes and in the last one, add the fried smoked bacon.
Then, mix each one until well combined, spread everything evenly throughout the bag and divide the mixture into 4 equal portions.
Place in the freezer and chill for at least 2 hours.
After this time has passed, in a large skillet over medium to low heat, add enough vegetable oil to cover the bottom and let it heat up.
Add the meat mixture we prepared and fry until golden brown.
Serve.
