Start by cutting the piece of pork loin into steaks.
Next, cover with plastic wrap and pound very well to tenderize using a kitchen mallet.
Season with the salt, the black pepper, flip the steaks, repeat the seasoning on the other side and set aside.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add a drizzle of olive oil.
Add the salt, the spinach leaves and sauté until wilted.
Then, to assemble the recipe, on a cutting board, add 2 slices of bacon.
Add 1 pork loin steak, 1 slice of mozzarella cheese, 1 tablespoon of the sautéed spinach, 1 sun-dried tomato cut in half and roll it up.
Repeat this process with all the pork loin steaks.
Next, transfer them to an Air Fryer, turn it on to 150° C (300° F) and fry for 30 minutes.
Serve.
