Start by placing the chicken drumsticks into an Air Fryer, turn it on to 200° C (400° F) and let them cook for 10 minutes.
Then transfer them to a large jar and pour in the beer.
Seal the jar and let them soak for 10 minutes.
Next, drain all the beer from the chicken drumsticks and dry them thoroughly.
Remove all the chicken skin and set aside.
In a medium bowl, add the wheat flour and the cornstarch.
Season with the salt, the black pepper, the sweet paprika, the garlic powder, the onion powder and mix everything very well to combine.
Then, divide this mixture into 2 bowls.
Now, to one of them, add the eggs, the water and mix everything thoroughly until it is well combined.
To the other half, add the water and mix until it forms clumps.
Then bread the chicken drumsticks we prepared.
First, dip them in the liquid mixture then coat them with the clumpy flour mixture.
Repeat this process with all the drumsticks.
Then transfer them to an Air Fryer basket, spray olive oil to taste over everything.
Place it in the Air Fryer, set it to 160° C (320° F) and fry for 20 minutes.
Serve.
