Step 2
In a bowl, add the packets of jelly powder and pour in the hot water, mix until dissolved.
Add the cold water and mix until combined.
Transfer all this jelly mixture to a glass dish greased with oil.
Take it to the fridge and let it chill for at least 2 hours.
After this indicated time, cut the jelly into cubes and release them from the bottom of the dish using a spatula.
In a 20cm diameter ring cake tin, add one drizzle of oil and spread.
Add all the jelly cubes we made.
In another bowl, add another 2 packets of strawberry jelly powder then add the hot water, mix well.
Add the cold water and the light cream, mix until combined.
Transfer this mixture to the cake tin with the jelly cubes and gently spread.
Take it to the fridge and let it chill for at least 2 hours.
Serve.
