Cream Cheese Stuffed Ground Beef

Into a bowl, add 2 slices of bread. Pour 100ml of milk all over them and set aside.Chop the onion into small dices. Set aside.Into a bowl, add the ground beef, the ground chicken, the onion, the crushed garlic cloves, squeeze the milk out of the bread slices and transfer them to the bowl as well.Add 150ml of milk, add the salt, the black pepper and mix it all together very well. You can mix it by hand if you want.Once the meat mixture is ready, get a portion and flatten it, then shape it into patties of about 160g, but that's to taste. Transfer all these patties to a baking sheet lined with nonstick baking paper. Once you've transferred all the patties, press the center of each patty with your fingertips, forming holes, but make sure these holes don't pierce the bottom. Set aside.Into a bowl, add the grated mozzarella cheese, the eggs, the table cream and the parsley, mix it all together very well.Fill each hole we've made in the patties with this cheese mixture.Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for 40 minutes.Serve.

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Teaspoon of Salt
  • 1 Generous Pinch of Black Pepper
  • Parsley to Taste
  • Nonstick Baking Paper
