Into a bowl, add the chicken drumsticks, the salt, the black pepper, the sweet paprika and the vinegar, mix very well.
Once you’ve done that, set aside.
Into another bowl, add the onions chopped into thin strips, add plenty of parsley to taste and season with salt, mix well.
Once you’ve done that, put some of the onion in a screw-top glass jar, then add 4 chicken drumsticks into this jar, add some more onions and seal the jar tightly.
Put the rest of the onions and drumsticks in another jar.
Now place a tablecloth on the bottom of a large saucepan, add the sealed jars filled with chicken and fill the pan with water all the way to the top.
Cover the pan, turn the heat to low and let it cook for 3 to 4 hours.
Store in the fridge.
Serve.
