Sauce
Start by inserting the appetizer sticks into the corn cobs, inserting them only into the corn section.
Then cut the corn cobs and remove the kernels.
Transfer them to a large pot over medium heat with boiling water and let them cook for 10 minutes.
After this time has passed, drain all the water, transfer to a bowl with cornstarch and coat well.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat add the vegetable oil and let it heat up.
Add all the corn and fry until golden brown.
Remove from the skillet and let the excess oil drain on a plate lined with paper towels.
Season with the salt, the black pepper, the sweet paprika and mix everything very well to incorporate.
To prepare a sauce, in a small bowl, add the mayonnaise, the mustard, the ketchup, the barbecue sauce, the honey, the black pepper, the garlic powder, the onion powder and mix.
Serve.
