
Pizza Topping
Start by adding the cooked rice into a blender, add the eggs, the water, the grated Parmesan cheese and blend everything thoroughly until combined.
In a round baking tray add a drizzle of olive oil and spread it with a brush.
Add the mixture we prepared and spread it evenly.
Take it to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 15 minutes.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add a drizzle of olive oil.
Add the onion chopped into small cubes, the crushed garlic cloves, the red bell pepper chopped into small cubes and sauté until lightly golden brown.
Next, add the cooked and shredded chicken breasts.
Add the tomato sauce and the chicken cooking water.
Season with the salt, the black pepper, the sweet paprika and continue sautéing for another 5 minutes.
After the crust has baked, add the chicken we prepared on top and spread it.
Add the grated mozzarella cheese, the buffalo mozzarella cheese cut into strip and oregano to taste.
Take it to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for another 15 minutes.
Serve.
