
Sauce
Fill a large skillet over medium heat with the water and bring it to a boil.
Add the croutons made of toasted bread and stir everything very well until completely dissolved.
Transfer to a large bowl, add the grated potato, the crushed garlic cloves and the green bell pepper cut into small cubes.
Season with the salt, the black pepper, the chimichurri, the onion powder and the turmeric powder.
Add the breadcrumbs and mix everything very well with your hands until it becomes a smooth and even mixture.
Next, take a handful of this mixture and roll it into a cylindrical shape.
Repeat this process with the entire mixture.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add the vegetable oil and let it heat up.
Place the croquettes and fry them until golden brown.
Remove them from the hot oil and drain the excess oil on a plate lined with paper towels.
In a small bowl, add the mayonnaise, the ketchup, the mustard, the barbecue sauce, the honey, the black pepper, the garlic powder, the onion powder and mix everything very well until smooth and well combined.
Serve the croquettes with the sauce we prepared.
