Chicken Fricassee

Into a blender, add the sweet corn, the milk creams, the creamy cheese spread and blend it all together until combined.Into a saucepan, add a drizzle of olive oil then cook the onion and garlic, add the precooked chicken, the salt, and mix it all together very well.Add the corn cream to the chicken, mix nonstop until it gains consistency and reaches a creamy texture.Transfer the mixture to a glass baking dish, sprinkle the mozzarella cheese and oregano to taste all over it. Cook in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 20 minutes.Top with potato sticks to taste.

  • Olive Oil or Oil (To Stir-Fry)
  • ½ Chopped Onion
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • 1kg of Cooked and Shredded Chicken
  • 1 Tablespoon of Salt
  • 300g of Mozzarella Cheese
  • Potato Sticks To Taste

how much Is 2 packs os table cream. the recipe for chicken fricassee calls for 2 packets I don't know of packs, cups, 1/4 cup what is the measurement for it. I want to make this recipe for my family and I want do it correctly. thank you
