Step 2
In a 20cm diameter ring cake pan, add one drizzle of oil and spread well.
In the bottom of the pan, add 100g of strawberries chopped into slices and set aside.
In a bowl, add the strawberry jelly powder and the hot water, mix until dissolved, transfer this jelly mixture to the cake pan with the strawberries.
Take it to the fridge and let it chill for at least two hours.
After this indicated time, in a blender, add the packets of strawberry jelly powder, the hot water and the light cream, blend all the ingredients together very well until combined.
Transfer this cream to the cake pan with the strawberries and spread well.
Take it back to the fridge and let it chill for another two hours.
After this indicated time, unmold, and serve.
