In a bowl, add the fish fillets and squeeze the juice of a lime all over them, mix well until incorporated.
Let them soak for 10 minutes.
In a medium dish, add the oat flour, the salt, the sweet paprika, the oregano, the zest of one lime, the crushed garlic cloves, and mix all the ingredients together very well.
Then coat the soaked fillets in this flour mixture, breading them very well.
In another medium baking dish, add one drizzle of olive oil and spread well using a brush.
Add the breaded fish fillets, another drizzle of olive oil all over them, take them to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 35 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, add the table cream, the cream cheese, and the grated parmesan cheese.
Once you’ve done that and the fish has baked through, pour this cream over everything.
Also add the grated mozzarella cheese, take it all back to a preheated oven and bake until the cheese melts and browns.
Serve.
