Beer-Braised Chicken and Potatoes

Start by cutting up the chicken, cut the breastbone to open it, remove the wing tips, the tail and set aside.In a small bowl, add the beer at room temperature, the mustard, the garlic powder, the chili flakes, the sweet paprika, the oregano, the turmeric, a pinch of black pepper, the soy sauce and mix everything very well.Spread this sauce all over the chicken using a brush.In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add 1 drizzle of vegetable oil, the butter and stir until melted.Add the chicken we prepared earlier and the beer.Cover the skillet and let everything cook for 30 minutes over low heat.After this time has passed, add the potatoes cut into smaller pieces.Add the rest of the sauce we made earlier.Cover the skillet again and let it all cook for another 60 minutes.Serve.

  • 1 Whole Chicken
  • 75ml of Beer
  • 2 Tablespoons of Mustard

  • 40g of Unsalted Butter
  • +300ml of Beer
  • 3 Potatoes

Modo de Fazer
