Into a bowl, add the wheat flour, the baking powder, the sugar and the salt, mix it all together very well.
Now add the egg and the milk, mix well again.
Add the unsalted butter and, by hand, mix it all together very well until combined.
When that happens, sprinkle some wheat flour on a table and knead the dough on it for 15 minutes.
Once you’ve done that, transfer this dough back to the bowl, cover it with a dish cloth or plastic wrap and let it rise for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, slice the mozzarella cheese block into thick rectangular strips.
Once the dough has risen, transfer it back to a table sprinkled with plenty of flour.
And using a rolling pin, stretch it out until the dough is thin, I’ve stretched my dough until it reached the size of 30cm x 40cm.
